5 CONNECTED MICROPHONE, TURNED MICROPHONE VOLUME UP, MADE SHURE THAT SPEAKERS ARE NOT ON MUTE..UNLESS THERE ARE SOME OTHER HIDDEN PROCDURES THAT IS NOT IN THE BOOK!!!HELP
