GPX 22" 1080p LED TV/DVD Combo Red light blinks an...

GPX 22" 1080p LED TV/DVD Combo Red light blinks and won't turn on. Once I got it to turn on but then there wasn't any volume then after re plugging it in and out...it went back to red blinking light. I just bought this October 24, 2014 and don't know what to do.
