I would like to know where you all get some of these people that work for you..A customer calls because they did not get a remote with their tv/dvd the guy tells her he needs the serial number, but there is no serial only a model number. This woman is old and is very frustrated by the way she is being treated. All she wants is a remote so she can use her tv. She bought this tv in good faith and payed good money for it and it looks to me like you all could be a little more helpful.
