is there anyway to check the cards on this TV. It ...

is there anyway to check the cards on this TV. It will not come on but there is power coming in from the cord. Im not sure if Lightning hit it or not but it stopped coming on. I looked at the cards and there are no burnt places on them. just wondering if there is anything I can do or is it junk now?
