there is a buzzing noise everytime I turn on my tv...

there is a buzzing noise everytime I turn on my tv; dvd does not work, and after few minutes of watching TV, it will defaukt to DVD(although with no disc) and will read error..I feel like throwing away my gpx tv 32 w/c i bought from frys
