I've just bought a secondhand GRUNDIG tv/dvd combi...

I've just bought a secondhand GRUNDIG tv/dvd combi but there are no instructions with it, unfortunately the language is set to a foreign language and after pressing endless buttons, i cant figure out how to turn it back to english !! any ideas??
