the sound on my GU22VBLK has gone(only5 years old)...

the sound on my GU22VBLK has gone(only5 years old) For about 2 weeks prior to complete failure the sound would come on at full volume when the set was switched on despite being switched off with a mid volume setting Any thoughts on a solution?
