My Haier Plasma TV Model 42EP24S the picture won't...

My Haier Plasma TV Model 42EP24S the picture won't come up. The TV turns on and the sound is coming out but no picture. We have rebooted it by unpluging it and nothing. What could be wrong and what can we do?
