Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) TV Receiver CPTOH-0603
power supply checked is good...

tv has power wont turn on blue led on board in back orange power light on front of tv is on.

0 tv was free when i brought it home it turned on after a couple of pushes of the remote.......screen was flashing...after pulling the power suplly and testing it it was fine i put it back in and now the set wont turn on??????
