we keep getting a pop up on our screen when we wat...

we keep getting a pop up on our screen when we watch a video or tv (not not while watching netflix) the pop up is along the bottom of the screen . the info on the pop up appears to be an option to pick netflix or vudu etc. but isn't really interactive
