I have a Hisense tv model # LTDN46V86US. The light is stuck on red and it will not turn on with the remote or the power button on the tv itself no matter what I do. Please help i've only had the tv 2 months. Thanks

0 Is there anyway I can get a copy of the manual from you? I have searched online for 2 days and cannot find one. We bought a display model so it did not come with one. I would GREATLY appreciate it!!
