I have a Hisense tv model # LTDN46V86US. The light...

I have a Hisense tv model # LTDN46V86US. The light is stuck on red and it will not turn on with the remote or the power button on the tv itself no matter what I do. Please help i've only had the tv 2 months. Thanks

9 I called tech support. They had me unplug my TV for 15 seconds now it's working again. Aaron was very helpful and a delight to speak with. I don't know why I didn't think to do that myself. Please try if you haven't already.

9 I am having the same problem. Have done the unplug thing and it worked for 1 day. If anyone wants too do a class action let me know cause i am in. This is my facebook. I am tired of these places doing thing like this. I can't afford too buy another t.v.

7 I am having the same problem with my TV this same model. I called the manufacturer and they said they will send me parts and then send a tech out to fix the power board on the TV. I looked at other reviews and several customers had this problem and still after a new part was put in it happend again. After 1 year of purchase if this happens there is nothing they can do.... I want to get a list and contact of all the customers who have dealt with this and do something about it. This is wrong and they know that the power boards are defective but refuse to refund anyone's money.

4 This is also happening to me, same issue. Red ligth comes on, but the tv will not turn on. I've tried contacting them and they are not responding; they are refusing to even provide me with any service because I don't have the original receipt of purchase about 8 months ago and they can't find my tv with the serial number in their system. Worst company ever.

3 I am having the same problem. Bought the TV last December this is the 3rd time it has happened. Was off for a week last time is in a bedroom so I just kept checking on it and one day just came back on. The first time it happend I only had the tv for 4 weeks. This is ridiculous. A. Bennion I would love to get a class action on the company or whatever it takes to get this made right. $700 down the drain is not right!

3 hi. my tv did the same thing. i had it looked at by a repair shop and they could not find the problem. but out of the blue it started to work FOR ONE HOLE DAY now it blinks 3 times but the picture wont come on and it wont let me shut it down i end up having to unplug it from the wall. so im pissed and will never recommend this brand to anyone.

3 My son Bought a tv from walmart back in november it broke within 2 months . he lost the reciept and they would do nothing. They Gave him a number to call . We have both call and left several messages. no one has every called us back it has been 3 months now . So here i am sending these emails hoping this will go somewhere. We would like it fixed. He saved up several months for this tv and this ....it will not power up. I would like a phone call or email back on what we need to do

3 Me too. I have the exact same problem. If there is a class action I would like to join. In the meantime, what is the actual problem? Is it a board, Capacitors? Will in Dallas

3 Yup mine lasted 2 months. Lost reciept so they would not do anything. The Tag on back of tv had ser# and mfg date , and that was 3 months old. This is a shitty Company and wouldnt even send me apart to fix it . Do not buy this brand they do not stand behind there products ... and make every excuse in the book. Class action sure I am in

2 Oh also never fails it happens at night or on the weekend when this company offers not after hours technical help! Very frustrated consumer will never buy this brand again!

1 HiSense is a poor quality product, my TV is only a little over a year old and now it wont turn on at all........I would stay away from anything made by this company....cheap poor quality junk!!!!

0 I have the same problem: every once in a while I can get the TV to turn on, after repeatedly unplugging it, but these lucky days happen less and less lately.... very frustrating!!

0 Same issue here as well.  Started happening about 2 months ago and got progressively worse.  At this point,  it no longer turns on at all.  Choose the tv, without knowing anything about these problems, because of the price.  Guess you get what you pay for.  Just now starting to look into what my next step is.  Contacting the manufacturer seems futile.

0 Having the same problem.  Red light comes on looks like it wants to come on but then it blinks a few times and nothing. TV is a little over a year old bought from Walmart lord only knows where the receipt is. So frustrating. No one has $700 to just donate to them for a year of service  uuugh

0 I'm having the same issue I have Model 50H5G..I came home tonight and it would come on the red light would  come on but the Tv wouldn't come on. Ive had this TV for 1 yr and it messing up..Worked great until tonight just seeing the reviews on here wish I know this before I bought it...

0 Every one is saying the same thing - but no one is stating how to fix it - except the old on/off at the power switch! That's common sense guys, everyone knows to do this ... But reading replies - there's no magic switch to flick of spell to master?? 
Who can organise a class action, do it & I am on for sure!! 
How revolting the company doesn't give a shitë...
