Question About Hisense Group Flat Panel Television 40k360
I just purchased a Hisense 40" SmartTV, brand new....

I just purchased a Hisense 40" SmartTV, brand new. I turned it on and it says "TV is not connected to any devices". i am not getting a response from any button on the TV manually except for the power button. The Menu and Input buttons do nothing. any ideas?
