4 The same thing happened to mine and I did a channel scan from the menu option. You have to hold down the menu button as you're turning the tv on, once the tv stops blinking where the white light is at the bottom of the screen, hit the menu button one more time and it should go to menu. Then go to channel scan by using the channel up and down buttons and hit input and it should put your tv to 00.

1 The Menu, Source, Volume, Channel and power buttons are hidden behind the right hand side of the screen. Using this Source button you can change the input type.

1 Had my Hisense stuck on one channel and the buttons / remote stopped working.

These tvs have bad motherboards. DO NOT BUY

Fix: unplug power, unplug all sources, hold down power button on tv for 15 seconds and release, plug back in, wait 30 seconds, press power button on tv, after Hisense logo, press menu button on tv. Plug sources back in.

I only use the HDMI 1 due to this issue happening over and over if I have more than 1 source plugged in.

These TVs are crap
