My tv is stuck on a screen saying there are no dev...

My tv is stuck on a screen saying there are no devices found on the tv . No matter if I use the remote or not it will not come off that screen and the only thing that works is the power button on the tv. I even tried unplugging everything and replugging it in to see if it would detect it, however that did nothing.
