my tv is new.when i turn on tv only for 3-4 sec. i can operate him,after that i can only move programs from remote control manually,from buttons(numbers).so after 3-4 sec i cant do nothing whit him only watch.and i have in 'M'red color who is moving on the screen and thats it.please any advice.i can send him to service beacause was buy in another country and is to far and expansive.i thankyou for your help
