Have lost access to Ch 3. Tried autoprogramming w...

Have lost access to Ch 3. Tried autoprogramming with cable box and without anything. Have tried reset. Have NO remote, only buttons on front of tv. Have very limited budget and can't afford the $28 quote from other sites to fix this issue. Wish I could. Got the tv for free! Nice picture otherwise.
