Question About Hitachi DVR JPEG2000
JPEG2000 Stand Alone DVR...

Video output is completely scrambled or hashed. You can barely make out anything on the screen and it seems to have a sync problem as well. Not even sure who manufactures this and where I could get an RMA to sent it in.
