I bought this Hitachi tv on Wednesday September 3rd. It was delivered on Thursday the 4th. I still haven't been able to watch it yet. No response (no picture, no sound).I called customer service and someone told me to press menu button to program the channels but it's easier said than done. Nothing comes up about channels, just other features I don't need or understand. Please help me. Thanks. Maureen Brown
