i want to ship my 50" rear projection set to anoth...

i want to ship my 50" rear projection set to another location 4 hours away. Is there a way to fasten the works inside down so it won't bounce to much during shipment. Thanks for any help, G,W,

1 I already read through the manual but it doesn't have a section referring to shipping.
