My little girl turned off tv turn it back on then ...

My little girl turned off tv turn it back on then I seen a list of stuff from like 1 through 9. One said 480p she clicked it befor I volume grab the remote now I can't find how to get to it

0 You'll be watching it for a while them the menu will pop up by it's self and start changin it's self then it will quit
