TV looks like it is in 3d mode!...

TV looks like it is in 3d mode! it has magic focus mode and when i go to select magic focus it will not do it all the way it stops a red and the displays a 4 in the corner of tv then goes back to the 3d look. model number 43fdx15b hitachi
