Programming Big Button BW-1220-US. Trying to make the Master Power programming work. Holding (mode) TV until light blinks then pressing ON/OFF twice. Light blinks Repeating same procedure with the CBL/SAT button. Acording to instruction, the ON/OFF button should now turn off both the SAT and the TV but it doesn't. Have to press TV button and then ON/OFF to make the TV work. What's up?
