Question About Hyundai DVD Player None
multi-region capabilities...

Hi My friend purchased and uses this player in a region 4 zone. When trying to watch region 2 dvds (specifically the extended LOTR trilogy) the picture is grey and broken and the sound is very low. I have tried all practical solutions I can with no success. I have played region 1 dvds without any problems. Can you assist? Many thanks Alex
