Question About ICON Enterprises Universal Remote IRC-4230
does not work on panasonic TV...

the remote does not function on my pansonic tv set. i've tried everything on the manual but it still does not function. i can use the application on my mobile phone to operate the tv so its not the tv sensor. i need help
