I have a ilo-26hd tv. It does not have an F stop cable connection. How do I connect the cable from my cable box?

0 These days, probably all cable boxes have Audio/Video outputs, such as composite, composite, DVI, and HDMI. When hooking up to a cable box, you would always get better A/V using the the A/V connectors instead of the RF cable. If your TV is any thing like my IL32HD, your TV has (in order of worst to best) composite, S-video, component, and DVI inputs. your best video option would be to get an HD cable box with DVI output. You would then connect with a DVI cable and stereo Headphone (3.5 mm) to RCA cable. 2nd best option (but most expensive) would be an HD cable box with HDMI, then use an HDMI to DVI cable (or adapter and DVI or HDMI cable) with Headphone to RCA cable. 3rd best option (and cheapest HD option) is to use Component (RCA type cables Red, Green, Blue) with Stereo RCA Cables (usually Red and White). If you are not using an HD cable box, your best option is S-video with Stereo RCA cables, but most cable companies do not offer this connection on their boxes. Your second best non-HD option is Composite RCA (Yellow) with stereo RCA cables.
