How do i turn off the insignia banner on the screen

0 using the Insignia TV remote, press "Menu" button. When menu appears, press right arrow button to highlight "Settings" menu. Scroll down the menu to bottom, and select "Reset to Default". When next menu appears, (only two item menu), highlight and again select "Reset to default". Next menu select "Yes". (Don't worry, this works because your TV was set to Store Display Mode). TV will go black for a moment or two, and will then take you to next menu asking what language, choose one and select. Next menu select "Mode" .... Choose and select "Home use mode". Next menu select your TV source... I have cable, so I select it and next menu item asks about cable box, I select it and next menu asks how cable is connected to TV. I select HDMI. Next menu tells you how to watch your TV. I will assume you can figure that out. So, as long as you select "Home use Mode", when you are back to watching TV, you will no longer have that annoying add banner at bottom coming on and going away at it's own choosing.
