I can't stop closecaption from showing on screen, i have followed instructions from the manual and when i get to settings it does not allow me to go to close caption and if i try direct from the CC remote control button it will show a red circuled simbol

0 It is very annoing when you try to watch your favorite show and a bunch of letters are all over the tv screen
