My Insignia plasma tv shut off in electrical storm. Would not turn back on. Unplugged it; waited; plugged it back in and it came on but without picture. Sound is fine, can changed channels and everything but screen is completely black. Found bad fuse. Replaced it. Turned tv on and it immediatlely turned back off. Would not stay on. Took fuse out and tv turns on, stays on but with only the audio working. Screen is still black.
