so im having a issue with my insignia firetv. i got a remote for it and cant get it to work. the crazy thing is is that it turns the tv on and i can move stuff around but it got factory reset and when it comes to the part about hitting the home button on the remote to program it it dont see the remote at all and im not sure if its the tv or if it is something else im not really sure what is going on can you please help me with this when i try to hard factory reset the tv its giving me something weird that it shouldnt me im pretty good with electronics and i feel like something is wrong with the firmware or software or something like that.
