Question About Insignia Flat Panel Television NS-32LCD
solid black box in the middle of screen...

my tv has a solid black square in the middle of the screen and i dont know how to take it off. I thought it would be close captioning but the tv only has automatic or manual. tried almost everything dont know what it could be

0 I had the problem with only one channel (ch. 7.) I brought up the channel & before the black box came up, I pressed RESET on remote for about 10 seconds. The black box is gone.
