5 Ok here's how we fixed ours. Same model. Unplug the power cord from the back while holding top 3 buttons on tv. Wait 5 seconds before plugging back in. When plugged back in the light will be red and then switch to blue. As soon as it is blue take your fingers off the bottom of the three buttons and just hold down menu. This will give you a basic menu. Go to general settings and turn the reset menu to on.
