5 I had a similar problem; it was not documented in the manual. I have a different Insignia unit but I bet it's similar. Hold down the TV Power button and press the channel up button until your TV comes on. When it does, press TV Power again to "set" the frequency. If you overshot it by one, you can hold TV Power again and use the channel down button to go back to it. There is no on screen display, you can only tell when your TV turns on or off. 0 I went to Zenith website and downloaded the manual from the site. It gave exactly the same instructions. I could make the TV power button to work. Thank you for the help

0 Insignia/Zenith/LG are all the same for this converter box
