I haven't used my Insignia TV/DVD player to play a DVD for some time (about a year). When I put a DVD from Netflix in it, it starts spinning the DVD but then ejects it and presents the message, "No Disk". The DVD works because I tried it in a neighbor's player. The machine is Insignia model LTDVD32-09.
