Question About Insignia TV DVD Combo NS-LTDVD32-09
TV Keeps Shutting Off...

When tv is on, there will be a "popping" sound and the tv will shut off. Takes a second and the red power light will return and then it can be turned on again. Cycle just keeps repeating. Timer is not set.

5 My tv ns-ltdvd32-09 was shutting off all the time and only the red power light stays on. I fixed this problem by replacing 2 capacitors in the power supply. Replaced capacitor number C10 and C16 that have a value of 1000uf 10V 105C each. The top of them, instead flat, was like cone shaped (bad). Just in case, I replaced the numbers C15 and C14 also, value 470uf 25V 105C each, that were suspicius. Now it is like new. You can find these parts on Ebay or Radio Shack

4 Caps 12, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 needs to be replaced.

0 I started having the same problem after I hooked my xbox to the TV - otherwise we've never had any issues with it. If I reset the display in the menu it will work, but only until I turn it off and back on the next day. If I unplug the xbox from the HDMI connection (either of them) the TV will stay on.
