Couple issues - 1st - vhs tape has to be in or tv turns off. I have lived with that, then noise of wheel? turning when tapeing or playing vhs tape. I decided to see if I could what was making the noise and took back off tv. 2nd - vhs was in so I tun on tv and eject tape. TV stayed on! good! Put tape in and it is ejected. Goes in, down, up and out! Any idea on issues?
