My Insignia model no. is NS-19E310A13 The user manual for this TV is not listed. How can I get the manual? But my question is: With regard to the TV the remote will not allow me to change input. When I press the input button nothing happens. And yet the remote works fine for turning the TV on and off, as well as for other functions. But no response for input. I need to change the input to HDMI 1 so I can hook up a cable box. Incidentally, I am inputting an alternate model number since if I put in my model number I get nothing but error.
