My Model ns-l7htv-10a stays on for just a few minu...

My Model ns-l7htv-10a stays on for just a few minutes with the charger attached then a picture of a battery shows in the corner and it turns off. I charged it over night and the same thing happened. Do you think the battery is fried and if so can I get one from you?
