how do I get channel 5.1 back on my 19" lcd flat s...

how do I get channel 5.1 back on my 19" lcd flat screen tv....I think I've tried all the options. It is supplied with a roof antenna and goes from CH4.1 to CH 9.1 with the remote or manual channel changing
