I've hooked up my old I/o cd writer but, can't get it to write. I need a manual. I'm trying to copy a CD of my brothers medical records in order to apply for his well deserved disabilitly. Obviously it is old but, I can't get my system to write it. SSA may have a copy block on it but, I need like 5 copies to send to his represenatives on Capitol Hill and have them look into why they won't declare him disabled after being struck by lightning.
