Have newly installed Jensen 26” HDTV flat screen in Newmar Motor Home as warranty work. With the current installation, I cannot access the rear of the set to read model numbers. Service center did not provide owner’s manual nor correct remote control. HDTV is rectangle. It has Jensen label centered on bottom below LCD screen with a red light glowing near the label. The Speakers are on the bottom below screen. The Power, Menu, Channel and Volume buttons are on the bottom right edge when facing screen. Most of what I see on the Internet has Audiovox labels on them. Can you help?
