I have a Jensen TV DVD combo, the voice VOL somehow is luck and only goes up by pressing the TV VOL (+) button,but do not work with remote control. Any suggestions? Thank You.

1 Thank you for your respond, but I have review this manual; was not helpful, maybe because I have a generic remote control and not the original?
