Question About Jensen Flat Panel Television JE3214
JE3214 TV not responding to remote all of a sudden...

JE3214 TV not responding to remote all of a sudden. Blue light on front of TV no longer illuminated. Brand new camper, and TV has only been used a handful of times. I cannot locate anything on line regarding this issue. And yes, we did try changing the batteries.
