HD 61Z585 tv won't power up. The 2lights on front...

HD 61Z585 tv won't power up. The 2lights on front are blinking rapidly. Do I just need a new lamp bulb; and if so, what is the part number of the bulb? I have had to change it before. Sr no. 06082969. Mfd. in 2006. Thanks.
