Question About JVC CRT Television None
I am BEYOND frustrated!!!! I can not figure to how...

I am BEYOND frustrated!!!! I can not figure to how to reset my TV to watch movies. We hit the channel button by accident and when we put it back to channel 03 it says, "Is not receiving signal, will shut off in 9 minutes." And I have no idea what to do. I have tried all day to figure it out. I have tried looking up the manual online but this site says the manual is not available.
