i have a JVC AV-21VT14 suddenly it shut-down(dead set) after checking found out that the H-out is shorted after replacing the IC there is already a stand-by power but, when you switch the unit from stand-by a "clicking sound" (possible relay 4X) then unit will go to protection mode (blinking LED)...What can be the other problem of the unit??? measured the B+ 120Vdc...
