Parental Locks have been put on and we can't get them off. How do we do this

0 Hi there, I have been looking to fix the same problem. I know the code for the lock but always have to enter it to watch the channel it was driving me up the wall. So you goto menu, Channel summery and goto the channel you want to unlock. It will have a check mark by the number then to the right of it will have a green padlock. you highlight it and press "0" then the lock disappears and your all set.
