I am not able to turn the TV off or on manually or change channels or use the volume button. Its as if its locked. I have to plug it in or unplug it to turn it on and off and its stuck on one channel only. I got a universal remote to try and control it this way but does not respond to it either. At the end of my rope with this TV, can you help me?
