Morning i have the Interi Art Mod AV-21BS26 My problem is i have sound but the picture is Snowy i have read the Instructions manual over and over but can;t find and answer to the problem one thing i did notic on the TV win trying to correct the problem is that under (Picture mood ) picture setting is lock and i can't find a way to unlock it to see if that would sove the problem check cable cable works good on other TV BUT this one
