My husband got me this recorder a few years back. I haven't used it in awhile, so I can't recall info. I tried changing the tape, but I can't get the door closed now. Seems it is in right, so I'm at a loss. Also, I was wondering if video can be downloaded to my computer? I can't find my manual. How do I get one? Is that possible? Please help me! THANKS!!
